As the honored guests, you should not have to worry about a thing on your big day. With that being said, there are a lot of moving parts that go into a big production like a wedding. It always helps to have an extra pair of eyes and ears making sure that everything stays on track. As your day of coordinator, we will make sure that your biggest concern that day is whether to sip champagne or dance the Macarena. The rest will be completely taken care of by our experienced team. Our job is to make sure you are stress free and able to have the time of your life on your wedding day.

-Development of a comprehensive "day of" timeline complete with all vendor information and cues. 

-REHEARSAL ASSISTANCE

- Two comprehensive phone conversations with each vendor to confirmation of all wedding day expectations (1 month ahead, 1 week ahead)

-2 designated staff members (staggered hours) on site for a 12 hour period the day of the wedding to assist in all wedding day tasks

In addition to making sure everything is flawless the day of the wedding, the Insight + package gives you the insider advantage. We will provide you all of the trade secrets, vendor information and professional insight it has taken years to compile. We will show you who to talk to, what to ask and when to book to get the best rates possible. We will make sure you have all the information you need to make sure your wedding day is a success. Perfect for the couple who knows exactly what they want but doesn't have the time to make it happen. Sit back and relax as we walk you step by step through the entire planning process. In addition to helping you develop a budget, choose the venue, colors and theme, we will also provide you with vendor options, will contact all vendors, schedule consultations, review all contracts, manage deposits and ensure timelines are all cohesive. We will make sure all moving parts are where they need to be at the time they are expected to ensure that your big day is a success. In short- with the "whole package" you have the ability to be as involved as you would like in the planning process. When I initially met with Nichole, I was beyond impressed because she was able to build upon the very minimal ideas that I provided at the time (I am not a creative person) and that she was able to on to come up with an absolutely dreamy vision for our wedding on the spot during our first meeting. The only details I told her were the general color scheme and that I wanted "dark and moody" as the vibe... she took this information and created a truly stunning event for us. Throughout the process, Nichole and her team were extremely responsive and she treated me like a friend, which made me feel valued and comfortable as I worked with her. Nichole and her team put care and thought into every detail to make it perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how fortunate we were to have worked with XO Design Co.

Nichole and I had designed such a beautiful, extravagant design for our big day and I was beyond floored to see it come to fruition; Nichole’s vision was inspiring. However, COVID hit and three weeks before our big day we were forced to cancel our wedding. Our contract with XO stated we owed a non-refundable 50%, which I totally understood because it was written ahead of time and we signed knowing that statement. However, unlike other vendors, Nichole instantly asked what she could do for us so we could use that 50% we paid. We had several phone calls leading up to 4/4 and had to change our elopement plans so many times and didn’t finalize day of details until a few days before our elopement. Nichole was patient and kind through the whole experience and drove out to the suburbs to set up a gorgeous display at my in-laws house so that we would have a beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough for what she put together, especially so last minute. I also cannot stress that XO could’ve easily taken our 50% and walked away when our wedding got cancelled, but still went out of their way to deliver us beautiful florals and decor so that we received something for what we paid, NO OTHER VENDOR DID THIS FOR US. Truly so kind.
